Pelican in Antwerpen

The new office building of just under 6,000 m2 on Pelikaanstraat is an extremely pleasant workplace with plenty of natural daylight and green spaces, at the best accessible location in the heart of Antwerp. Pelican was designed by Conix-RDBM Architects.


Pelican is part of a major development project aimed at revitalising Antwerp's

inner city.

An outdated shopping arcade and sub-optimal office spaces on a total area of approximately 40.000m2 will be transformed with total renovation and new construction into a stylish entity tailored to current needs.

A project where the upgrading of the urban environment and the creation of a qualitative inner area are central.

As soon as the train passenger walks out of the station building, he will be welcomed by the fresh, austere architecture of Pelican.
