10R11 in Brussel

Located in the Inner Ring section of the Leopold Quarter, 10R11 consists of a main building located at Avenue des Arts 10 and a rear building located at Rue de la Charité. Both are connected on the first floor by a patio and a covered, glass passageway.

The building located on Avenue des Arts 10-11 (main building) consists of 9 upper floors, two basement floors with parking, technical installations and a technical floor on the 10th floor.

The rear building consists of 6 above-ground floors, a basement and a 7th floor, accessible only by stairs.

The first floor provides access to the parking garages. Due to the level difference, the rear building has only one basement floor of about 2.50 m between the two buildings. Both buildings are accessible from the parking garages by both elevator and stairs.
