Rent sustainable office space at The Shift in Ghent

The Shift is a new and sustainable office project on Koopvaardijlaan in Ghent, just 400 meters from the Ghent-Dampoort train station and close to the city center. The project is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Dampoort area and combines excellent accessibility with a modern and green work environment.

The office complex consists of The Shift 1 and The Shift 2, which together offer approximately 17,455 m² of office space. The bright and flexibly configurable office floors are suitable for both open-plan layouts and private offices.

At the heart of the project lies a landscaped patio of approximately 1,043 m², which offers a pleasant setting for informal meetings, a lunch break, or a moment of relaxation.
In addition, 99 underground parking spaces and 330 bicycle parking spaces are provided.
Sustainability is central to The Shift. The project aims for a BREEAM Excellent rating and utilizes, among other things, heat pumps, solar panels, renewable energy, and a fossil-fuel-free energy concept.

The offices will be equipped with climate ceilings for heating and cooling, raised floors, and integrated LED lighting with motion sensors.
Available spaces range from approximately 277 m² to entire floors of more than 2,200 m².
