Mobilis in Anderlecht

Mobilis a multifunctional, flexible and future-oriented building, this project is simple and ambitious at the same time. Mobilis is located at the intersection of Industrielaan and Paepsemlaan.

Mobilis an ambitious design where innovation, sustainability and flexibility are central.

The name Mobilis is borrowed from one of Jules Vernes' novels and inspired by the motto 'Mobilis in mobili' (Moving within a moving element), the site gives shape to the changing mobility. Together with the Brussels canal zone that is being revived.

The building is energy neutral and climate and future proof. With solar panels and geothermal energy, natural ventilation and rainwater storage, and great architectural flexibility.
