ATMOS in Gent

ATMOS is located on the edge of the city and close to the Gent-Sint-Pieters train station, yet the site is surrounded by greenery. The Vossenbos acts as a buffer between the city and the buildings. Also on the site itself a lot of greenery is provided.

Very strategically located for those coming by car. The site is a stone's throw from the intersection of the E40 and E17, two major connecting roads to Brussels, Antwerp or Kortrijk, and has quick access to the E40 and the R4. 20% of the underground car parking spaces have charging points. The bicycle parking spaces are also equipped with charging points. Shared mobility solutions will also be provided in the project.

The central square welcomes visitors with a surprisingly natural environment. This place between the office buildings should be a quiet and relaxing environment. Therefore, only pedestrians,
cyclists and courier services are allowed. Next to ATMOS, a characterful residential neighborhood will also be developed with a public green zone. This will create a harmonious environment where nature and modern living blend seamlessly.
