City Center in Brussel

The downtown area has a distinct, well known identity. This is the previous 'Bon Marché' which underwent a heavy renovation to convert it into an office building.

The original facade was preserved and extended in the same Art-Deco style. A large domed roof was installed on 3 levels. This work was carried out by the Atelier d'Art Urbain
and is typical of this period, which was influenced by the action plan as part of the
the reconstruction of Brussels.

The city centre is located on the Boulevard du Jardin du Botanique, rue Neuve and rue des Cendres, 1000 Brussels. The main entrance in the middle of the north facade of the building faces Place Rogier. The building enjoys an optimal location, in the epicentre of Brussels,
with multiple accesses to the various facilities.

A loading bay in the rue des Cendres allows the supply of these large spaces without disturbing the traffic in the street. This street also contains the entrance to the City2 public car park.
