Office space dedicated to sustainable innovation in the heart of Brussels

The Dome is the innovative and contemporary redevelopment of the iconic “Grands Magasins de la Bourse,” a historic monument located on Place de la Bourse in Brussels. This multifunctional project spans 22,000 m², spread across nine floors, and dynamically combines retail spaces, offices, and residential units.

Located in a significantly revitalized neighborhood in the center of Brussels, The Dome enjoys a strategic location with excellent accessibility via public transportation. In addition, numerous restaurants, cultural attractions, and other amenities are located in the immediate vicinity.

The project aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, underscoring its strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and forward-thinking architecture.

The Dome integrates modern and sustainable technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, and systems for maximum heat and cooling recovery, significantly reducing energy consumption. The building is designed to provide optimal comfort year-round, both in winter and summer, thanks to efficient heat exchange and a demand-driven ventilation system that operates based on CO₂ and temperature measurements.

With its state-of-the-art office spaces, connected by an impressive glass atrium and complemented by a private rooftop garden, The Dome creates an exceptional working environment.
