Pacheco 32 in Brussel

The Pacheco project will be developed in the former building of the Royal Mint of Belgium upon expiration of the current lease. This iconic industrial building from the 1970s will be transformed into a multifunctional and flexible building, designed to meet the requirements of today and tomorrow.

The building is ideally located along Avenue Pacheco, between the central station and Brussels' inner ring road, in a district that connects the upper and lower parts of the city.

The Pacheco building will offer 11,600 m² of multifunctional and flexible space, including 9,400 m² of office space, 1,050 m² of coliving, 1,150 m² destined for restaurants or stores and, last but not least, a rooftop terrace of 250 m².
